ASP Developer (Junior Level)

HomeNet, Inc. is currently seeking highly motivated and skilled ASP Developer. This is a junior-level position and the successful candidate will join a dynamic, fast-paced technology firm that is in the midst of an exciting growth period. HomeNet's talented team develops and maintains a variety of web-based applications that support thousands of users throughout North America.

POSITION TITLE: ASP Developer

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Serve as a developer in the production department including development of new product features as well as performing day to day maintenance and other small changes and bug fixes as needed.
- Speak with clients on the phone to troubleshoot and debug website issues
- Speak with clients on the phone who are requesting custom work, be able to offer ideas and guidance to those clients while setting proper expectations
- Represent HomeNet in the professional and positive manner our clientele have come to expect
- Work with graphics department for all user interfaces, cut up site compositions into a working websites
- Track time, work completed and customer requests in ticketing system. Escalate high-priority requests to managers as needed

REQUIRED SKILLS:
-At least 1-2 years experience in ASP/SQL/Javascript/AJAX
-Able to spot design flaws in websites
-Able to identify project scope and potential logistical flaws
-Able to work independently and take ownership of projects
-Demonstrates Proactive attitude
-Demonstrates Problem Solving and Analytical Thinking
-Demonstrates eye for detail
-Demonstrates exceptional phone etiquette
-Experience constructing websites
-Knowledge of SEO/SEM a plus
-Experience with Photoshop / Web Design a Plus
-ASP.NET experience is a plus
